STUDIO COORDINATOR

Job Title: Studio Coordinator – Interior Design Firm

About Us: Leslie Schofield Studio is a high-end interior design firm specializing in creating stunning, elevated spaces. We pride ourselves on delivering impeccable design solutions and exceeding client expectations. We are currently seeking a talented studio coordinator to join our team!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Studio Coordinator to support the daily operations of our fastpaced, interior design studio. This individual will ensure that the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently by managing scheduling, overseeing our materials library, supporting the team administratively, and keeping our spaces tidy and wellstocked. If you thrive in a detailoriented, creative environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to meet you. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Time Tracking 
    • Manage and coordinate daily calendar and appointments for the Principal 
    • Enter and manage time tracking entries for CEO and select administrative team members
    • Assist with setting reminders and followups for key meetings and deliverables 
  • Design Library & Samples Management 
    • Maintain and organize the design library: update materials, pull discontinued items, file returns Oversee inventory of samples, notify team upon arrival, display, and file accordingly
    • Keep the library clean, current, and inspiring for the design team 
  • Errands, Mail & Deliveries 
    • Run local errands as needed
    • Receive and open incoming packages
    • Maintain the offsite storage unit and office storage room 
  • Office & Kitchen Upkeep 
    • Keep kitchens stocked and organized
    • General housekeeping
    • Maintain a welcoming, polished office environment for staff and visitors 
  • Administrative Support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with time-tracking software and office admin tools (Google Workspace Suite)
  • A clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • An eye for detail, aesthetics, and order
